Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Institutional Authority

By executing an institutional order form, accessing, or utilizing the Shikshya Setu application, web portals, or administrative APIs provided by Evoke Wisdom and Metabuzz Tech, the subscribing school, college, or educational institution agrees to be bound by these Master Terms of Service. The person executing on behalf of the school warrants that they hold legal signatory authority for the institution.

2. Permitted Institutional Use & Account Scopes

Shikshya Setu is licensed exclusively for legitimate educational and institutional school management operations. Each participating school covenants that:

• User accounts may only be provisioned for verified administrative personnel, currently employed educators, enrolled students, and authorized parents/guardians.
• Each user is responsible for credential confidentiality. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the institution's Superadmin immediately.
• Broadcast communication channels must be utilized solely for official academic notices, emergency bulletins, and school community coordination.

3. Service Availability & Maintenance Windows

We target a 99.9% uptime commitment during Nepali academic operating hours (Sunday through Friday, 07:00 to 18:00 NPT). Scheduled platform upgrades are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and executed during off-peak weekend hours to prevent any classroom or fee collection interruption.

4. Transparent Feature Delivery & Honesty Clause

In accordance with our strict honesty principle, modules labeled as “Coming Soon” or “Under Update” reflect upcoming roadmap milestones and do not constitute live production features until officially released into general availability. We never bill schools for roadmap features before they are fully live.

5. Subscription Conclusion & Complete Data Portability

Institutions may conclude their annual subscription at the close of an academic billing term. Upon conclusion, Shikshya Setu delivers a complete, un-encrypted export package containing all student records, fee statements, and historical grades in open standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). We will never hold a school's institutional data hostage.
